Seafood pasta also has categories and sub-categories. Seafood pasta can be made with various kinds of fish or various kinds of other seafood items like shrimps, prawns, lobsters, crabs, mussels, clams, squid, scallops, etc.
One of the pasta dishes that are delicious indeed is the 20-minute seafood pasta. This pasta dish is mainly for those who are in a hurry and hardly have time to prepare meals. For this dish you need to fry the onion and garlic in a wok and add to it chicken stock, paprika and tomatoes. Then, cook the pasta as per instructions and keep stirring so that it doesn’t stick. Then stir in the seafood and season as per requirements.
Smoked trout & pea pasta is a dish for the health conscious. For this dish first boil the pasta, fusilli is good. Then take the trout and flake it. Set all this aside and add seasoning and horse radish to some yogurt and set aside. After this, drain the pasta and add to a pan. Later, combine the yogurt and trout with the pasta and add the peas to it. Make sure the peas are still a little crunchy as you take it off the flame. This pasta tastes delicious with a fresh green salad.
Spanish seafood pasta is also a scrumptious seafood pasta dish you can serve up. For this dish you need to cook the pasta in water, saffron or turmeric and stock cubes. Before seven minutes till the pasta is al dente add some Chorizos in the pan. Crisp them a bit. Take out some of the fat and add the remaining saffron or turmeric, peppers and the mixed seafood. Drain the pasta and preserve some stock. Once it’s back in the pan, add the seafood mix and chorizos to the pasta. Mix well with the preserved stock and served when done.
