  • Tarragon melting sauce
  • 10 oz boneless strip steaks, 6


  • Firstly take a resalable bag
  • Add and combine lemon juice, oil pepper and Worcestershire sauce in the bag
  • Add the steaks inside the bag
  • Press out the air inside the bag
  • Seal it tightly
  • Shake the bag and turn it upside down to make a rich marinade and let it distribute evenly across the meat
  • Place the bag inside a bowl and refrigerate the same for 30 minutes
  • Turn bag occasionally
  • Take a heavy duty large skillet and place over medium high flame
  • Remove the steaks from the marinade
  • Place three steaks inside the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes for each side (this is for desired doneness).
  • Take a serving plate and place steaks on it. See that the meat remains warm. Now, repeat entire process with the remaining batch of meat.
  • Top the meat with Tarragon Melting Sauce, say about a spoonful or more.
