Inviting your friends over for a party? Then, some grilled lobster tails would be a good choice. If you have never grilled them before then this is an easy and simple recipe for you to try.
Lobster tails —- 6
Lemon juice —- ¼ cup
Olive oil —- ¼ cup
Fresh dill (you can use dried ones too) —- 1 tbsp
Salt —- ¼ tsp
Pepper —- ¼ tsp
Method of Preparation
Clean the barbeque with a scraper and preheat it for about 15 minutes to medium high before you start.
Now, cut the lobster tails lengthwise in half.
Take all the other ingredients and mix them all in a bowl.
Now, brush the exposed flesh of the lobster tails with this mixture.
Once done place them on the grill.
It will take about 5-7 minutes to get done and be sure to turn them once in between.
The lobster tails are now ready to serve.
A cucumber salad goes very well with the dish as it is summer. But you can have any other salad or a side dish with it to make it a complete meal for your friends. The best thing to do would be to mix the salad before you begin preparing the lobsters so that the flavors get the time to completely mix in. But bear it in mind that the side dish has to be ready before the lobster tails come off the grill. The reason is that they cook extremely quickly and taste best when they are freshly grilled.
